Former NHL Coach of the Year, Ted Nolan Sharing His Best Selling Book, "Life in Two Worlds"
Ted Nolan is a former NHL player, NHL Coach of the Year and an inspirational figure of what resilience and perserverance look like in achieving high level goals.
The Garden River, Ontario Native shares his story and what inspired him to write his best selling book, "A Life in Two Worlds" which talks about what it takes to make it to the NHL, and find balance in the journey.
Off the ice, Nolan is a father to his sons, Brandon and Jordan who have followed their father's path to the NHL, with Jordan winning 3 Stanley Cups. They are both actors on the TV series, "Shoresy" which is a spinoff of the highly successful, "Letterkenney Problems"
